Since 2019, I’ve been balancing my professional life between my work as a creative in an advertising agency and my passion for street photography. In advertising, I craft highly complex images that require meticulous planning and execution. But as a street photographer, I embrace total freedom—no preparation, just capturing life as it unfolds. Still, I strive to create the most intricate images possible, filled with layers of detail and moments waiting to be discovered. In the end, these two parallel pursuits are more alike than they seem: both are about telling a story and sparking emotion."
Regarding the photo walk on May 29, I’m not sure if you’d like to set a specific theme, but my favorite theme in general is ‘Street Surreal’. Being Belgian, I always like to bring a touch of surrealism to my photos.
