Latin American streets have a secret side, a hidden dimension where the ordinary swaps before our eyes and becomes entangled with the extraordinary. Only by observing it is possible to cross the threshold that takes us to this dimension and the camera is the ideal rig to lead us to the other side where the fascinating strangeness of the everyday lives.
In this talk, Mexican photographer Sandra Hernández (Vita Flumen) will give us a visual tour of the streets of Latin America through the work of various contemporary photographers who have dedicated themselves to capturing the magic of this fascinating region.
