"As an artist coming from a background of using minimal digital technologies, I find it intriguing to think and talk about the impact of AI on the medium. Sharing my insights from multiple hats that I daily wear - photographer, editor, juror, and journalist, I would like to approach my presentation in the form of a discussion and thought-sharing. From every single position, there are different points to consider in terms of the technology's impact on our perception and development of photography. What are the points of criticism and benefits; what about authorship; and commercial impact for artists? For this talk, I am drawing information not only from my own experience but also from conversations I had with various photographers, collectors, and people in the field that I would like to share with you. Rather than coming to any conclusions, I hope to spark a fruitful discussion."
After the lecture, there will be a discussion about AI with Lieven Verkens and Simon Brodbeck.

Winners of the national Image 3.0 photographic commission in partnership with the Jeu de Paume and Cnap in 2021, they were awarded the Prix Jeune création 2013, the Prix HSBC pour la Photographie 2010 and the Prix nestlé du Festival Images Vevey 2010.
