The goal of this workshop is to bring out your personal vision through your photography. Hone in on your personal strengths and visual interests and focus on what to look for when you're shooting and selecting your photographs.

The workshop's methodology is based on editing. During the day, the participants are expected to explore the city and shoot what interests them, either on their own or in pairs or small groups. Each one may choose locations freely according to what they are interested in and feel comfortable with. They all meet up early in the evening in order to go through the day's work and do the editing.

The first meeting is essentially a portfolio review, as a way of introduction. Each participant brings a selection of their work (20 photos) and by discussing this body of work with Nikos each participant has the guidance on what to work on and what to focus on for the next day of the workshop.
